All tea is good for you, so drink a tea you enjoy or expand your tea repertoire by trying a different tea on each visit to The Tea Room. All tea contains antioxidants called polyphenols, flavonoids, and catenins. The beauty of tea is that while it all comes from the same plant (camellia sinensis), the conditions where it is grown – soil, climate, elevation and drying – can provide vastly different and unique flavours for us to enjoy.
Our master tea blender only uses high grown, premium quality black
teas. All blends contain natural ingredients, flavours, flower blossoms
and or spices.
Black Tea from classic tea regions. Fully oxidized tea leaves
Although this is the same plant used to make black and green teas, the processing of oolong differentiates it from both. It is a partially fermented tea known for an array of health benefits.
Green teas have undergone minimal oxidation during processing. Many varieties of green teas have been created in countries where it is grown. Each can differ substantially due to growing conditions, processing, and harvesting.
